Savannah Movie Tours and More is a specialty tour company founded in 2003 by the late Ron Higgins, who was suddenly taken from us, far too soon, in June 2010. Ron began his career as a Hollywood screenwriter, and was not only known for his innovation and creativity, but also as a much loved and respected Savannah tour owner and guide. Savannah Movie Tours and More is dedicated to continuing Ron's standard of excellence and originality.
Our luxury climate-controlled, twenty-four passenger minibuses give Savannah visitors a more comfortable and personalized experience, while our professional tour guides will entertain and enlighten you with stories and information about our beautiful 'Hostess City.'
All the tours that "Hollywood" Ron made famous: The Savannah Movie Tour, The Riding and Walking Foody Tours, The Riding and Walking Scary Ghost Tours, and the Martini Tour can still be found on this site, as well as some new tours created especially with our visitors in mind.
Yes, we're very pet-friendly, and well-behaved leashed pooches are welcome on most of our tours. Look for the paw print icon on our pages.
Discounts: We offer a special rate on all our tours to all active and retired military, as a way to express our thanks for their service. Please call us (912) 234-3440 for details.
Girl Scouts: There is a very special group rate for all girl scouts. Please ask for details when reserving a group tour.
Cancellation Policy: 24-hour's notice is required for a full refund. Due to the popularity of our tours, please book early to avoid disappointment.
Pick Up: We will provide a complimentary pick up for each of our minibus tours, if you are staying within the Historic District. If you are staying outside the Historic District, please make your way to the Savannah Visitor Center, 301 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to board the minibus. We ask that you be there 15 minutes before the tour departs. Parking is free for the first hour.
